Ok, it's time to get serious about my goals.
I was filling in my Passion Planner yesterday, and I came to realize...What the heck am I doing with my time??
I need to get my butt in gear.
I mean C'mon it's February already and I have barely done anything for my weight-loss because you know...cookies.
Here is my plan of attack for this week to make sure I hit my goals:
I am going to schedule my workouts for the week...and actually do them!
I am going to track all my calorie intake via My Fitness Pal (my dad just added me as a friend! ha!)
Goal for pounds to lose this week: 2
Stats:
Highest weight: 178 pounds
2015 Starting weight: 155
Current weight: 150
Goal weight: 135
Have to remember this!

"you know...cookies" made me laugh. I have been on an all out sweet binge since Christmas. I am putting my foot down in February - no sweets.(period) Off to check out Passion Planners...I am intrigued.
ReplyDeleteEating sweets seems to be a slippery slope doesn't it?! Lol and yes def check out passion planner! They have free pages you can download but I loved it so much I just had to buy it so all the pages are together!
